Kathua:- 27 nov Today Former Member Legislative Council & provinicial vice president Democratic progressive Azad party Subash Chander Gupta along with prominent persons paid rich tributes to Late Shri Girdhari Lal Dogra Ex-Finance Minister and Ex-Member Parliament on his 36th death anniversary, at Hiranagar Morh.
A large number of people were present on the occasion and paid homage to the veteran leader known for his honesty, simplicity, and dedication for his service to the poor and downtrodden.
Gupta while paying tributes to Girdhari Lal Dogra recalled the contribution of Shri Dogra for the development of the state.
“The people of our state are proud of that such a charismatic leader was born here at village Bhiya of Hiranagar,” he added.
