Shopian, Nov. 26 : Security forces on Sunday apprehended one overground worker (OGW) in South Kashmir’s Shopian district.
A senior police officer told that during a naka at Habdipora, security forces apprehended one person identified as Farman Khursheed, son of Khursheed Ahmad Wani of Gagren, and recovered 1 pistol, 2 magazines, and 10 rounds.
He said that in this regard, a case under FIR number 194/23 U/S 7/25 IA Act, 18, 23, 39 ULB, has been registered and further investigation has been initiated. (KS)
