DDC, Vice-chairperson Shopian inaugurates Hotline for SDH Keller

SHOPIAN, NOVEMBER, 18: Vice-Chairperson, DDC Shopian, Irfan Manhas today inaugurated Hotline for Sub-District Hospital Keller, a project under Aspirational Block Development Programme (ABDP) in presence of DDC Member, Ch. Fazil Din, ACR Shopian, Shahbaz Ahmad Bodha and other concerned officers, officials and public.

The Hotline from Receiving Station Mastpora to Sub-District Hospital Keller was executed by KPDCL Shopian and came up with an estimated cost of Rs. 30 lakh.

While speaking on the occasion, Irfan Manhas said that this project would fulfill the long pending demand of the local population of Keller and the hospital management.

He further added that the hotline would provide better power supply to the Sub-District Hospital Keller and all the machinery installed would now be functional 24×7 and the patients especially emergency cases visiting the Sub District Hospital Keller would get better health care facilities.

VC also visited various sections of the hospital and took stock of the functioning of the hospital. While interacting with the staff, he enquired about the facilities being provided to the patients. He urged them to discharge their professional duties with added zeal and dedication to ensure better healthcare facilities to the patients.
