GANDERBAL, NOVEMBER 07: Bharat Scouts and Guides today celebrated its 57th Foundation Day in the Auditorium of Boys Hr. Sec. School Ganderbal.

The function was presided over by the Additional Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Gulzar Ahmad.
