Karnah, Kupwara: In the picturesque town of Dildar Karnah, nestled among rolling hills, a momentous gathering unfolded at the Madrasa Sut Al-Qur’an. This special event marked a significant occasion, as 30 dedicated Hafazas were honored with the prestigious Dastar Fazilla, symbolizing their remarkable achievement in memorizing the Holy Quran.
Under the golden rays of the sun, a grand tent graced the courtyard of the madrasah, hosting friends, family, scholars, and well-wishers who had come from near and far to celebrate this achievement. The atmosphere was filled with anticipation, joy, and a deep sense of spirituality.
As the event commenced, scholars, adorned in their traditional attire, took their place at the front, delivering profound sermons that echoed the wisdom of generations. They emphasized the significance of the Quran, the importance of preserving its teachings, and the crucial role these dedicated Hafazas play in carrying this knowledge forward.
One by one, the 31 Hafazas, adorned with radiant Dastar Fazilla, were honored at the front. Their humility and gratitude shone brightly as they received their well-deserved recognition. The audience’s applause filled the air, and tears of joy were visible throughout the crowd.
The event fostered a sense of unity and spirituality, as the scholars’ words resonated deeply with the attendees, inspiring self-reflection on their own relationship with the Quran and the pursuit of knowledge and devotion.

The gathering also welcomed esteemed guests from the valley, including Hazrat Abdul Rashid, Mufti Mohd Asif from Jammu, Mufti Shafiq ur Rehman Chirag from Handwara, Mufti Aijaz Sahib Poonch, Qari Saif Din Handwara, and Mufti Shabir Ahmad Qasmi from Gulab Garh Reasi.
