DDC Chairperson Kulgam chairs council meeting to review development works

KULGAM, OCTOBER 28: District Development council meeting was today held here at Kulgam under the chairmanship of its chairperson Mohammad Afzal Parrey.

The meeting was attended by DDC Vice Chairperson, Shazia Jan, ADDC/CEO, Showkat Ahmad Rather, DDC,BDC Council members, JDP, and district officers.

During the meeting an in-depth review of the progress of various development works, schemes and initiatives across the departments was taken.

The meeting deliberated and discussed status of overall works under DDC, BDC, PRI and other components.

Emphasis was laid on coordination and synergies for holistic development and proper implementation of schemes.

DDC Chairperson stressed to work together for better solutions and timely completion of projects and schemes.

The meeting culminated with vote of thanks presented by Chief Executive Officer Showkat Ahmad Rather.
