KISHTWAR, OCTOBER 27: In a remarkable display of unity and reverence, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav, in presence of Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Manoj Kumar flagged off the “Amrit Kalash Yatra” here from Mini Secretariat DC Office Complex to New Delhi as part of the prestigious Meri Maati Mera Desh Campaign launched to celebrate the spirit of India.

BDO Mughalmaidan, Dheeraj Bahadur; DySP DAR Kishtwar Sajjad Khan, staff of RDD Kishtwar; NYC/ Youth Club Volunteers from all Blocks and police band remained present on the occasion.

The Amrit Kalash, symbolizing the essence of the nation, was received and flagged off with deep respect and admiration, signifying the unity and strength of the community.

The event further fortified the connection between the administration and the people of Kishtwar, demonstrating their shared commitment to the principles and values of our great nation.

This Yatra holds immense significance, as the sacred soil of the district will become an integral part of Amrit Vatika, signifying the harmonious amalgamation of regional and national elements.

The Mini Secretariat DC Office Complex in Kishtwar was adorned with an impressive program, graced by the melodious tunes of a band from the Police Kishtwar, besides the participants carrying Amrit Kalash from All Blocks, Municipal Council Kishtwar, District Police were garlanded by the dignitaries.

This heartwarming event showcased the cultural richness and unity of the region, making it a memorable day for all participants.
