Karnah :In a significant move aimed at improving healthcare services and addressing pressing issues in Karnah constituency, Shri Javaid Lone, the President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Karnah, held a pivotal meeting with Dr. Mushtaq Rather, the Director of Health.
During the meeting, a range of paramount healthcare concerns were discussed, focusing on enhancing the quality and accessibility of healthcare in the region. The Director of Health, Dr. GA Rather, assured that these issues would be tackled with urgency.

1.Staff Shortage: Recognizing the acute shortage of medical staff and healthcare professionals in the constituency.
2.Doctor Tenure: The need for a consistent and stable tenure for doctors to ensure continuity of care.
3.Accommodation for Doctors and Paramedical Staff: Addressing the requirement for suitable living quarters for healthcare workers to attract and retain talent.
4. Canteen Facilities: Ensuring the availability of canteen facilities to provide for patients and staff members.
5. Dialysis Center: Deliberating the establishment or improvement of a dialysis center to better serve patients with kidney-related issues.
6.Updation of CHC Tangdar to 60 Beds: Enhancing the capacity of the Community Health Center (CHC) in Tangdar to accommodate the growing healthcare needs of the community.
7.Blood Storage and Donation: Emphasizing the importance of adequate blood storage facilities and encouraging blood donation initiatives to meet the demand.
8. Disability Committee: Addressing issues related to disabled individuals and discussing ways to improve their access to healthcare services.
9. Heating Facilities: Highlighting the importance of proper heating facilities, particularly crucial during cold weather in the region.
