International Film Festival to begin on Srinagar from 25 October

The cultural landscape of Srinagar is set to shine once again as the second edition of the International Film Festival of Srinagar (TIFFS) is set to begin from October 25 at Tagore Hall Srinagar.

TIFFS is all set to take place from October 25 to 26, 2023, at Tagore Hall in the captivating city of Srinagar, often referred to as the Venice of the East.

The festival, which successfully put Srinagar on the international film festival circuit with its debut edition, continues to garner attention and admiration from filmmakers, industry professionals, and cinephiles alike.

An official said told that films of around 27 countries will be shown for two days .

He said that known filmmakers and producers will be part of the event and local people will install stalls to show culture of Kashmir.(KS)
