Highlighting the tourism perspectives, the DC called for making joint efforts to streamline and improve the traffic system in the high congested area besides steps to be taken to curb nuisance of wrong parking and roadside encroachments.

While interacting with the representatives of different trade bodies, the DC asked them to cooperate with the Administration in ensuring smooth regulation of traffic in the city particularly on congested and heavy traffic routes to overcome traffic jams.

Meanwhile, various other issues hampering the overall development of the area were discussed with the DC during which necessary instructions were given to the concerned officers for their time-bound redressal.

The DC was accompanied by Sub Divisional Megistrate Tangmarg, Executive Officer, MC Tangmarg and other concerned functionaries
