KUPWARA, OCTOBER 19: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan today took a detailed tour of Lolab subdivision and held a series of activities.
Vice Chairman DDC, Haji Farooq Ahmad Mir; SDM Lolab, CEO Kupwara and ZEO Khumriyal accompanied the DC.
The DC along with Vice Chairman inspected KGBV boarding school at Kuligam wherein she interacted with the students, teaching faculty and administrators of the school and enquired about the functioning of the school. She also inspected the boarding and lodging facilities provided to the students.
Later, the DC visited Higher Secondary School Warnow during which she inspected the classrooms and interacted with the teachers and students. She appreciated the scenic beauty which is surrounded with the school and impressed upon the students to work diligently in the pleasant atmosphere for their better prospects and future.
During her visit, the DC inaugurated J&K Bank ATM at Kuligam in presence of VC DDC, LDM, Senior Officers and a large number of people.
The DC also paid a visit to the ancestral Graveyard of the Moulana Anwar Shah Kashmiri (RA).
