District Grievance Redressal Committee formed for AB-PMJAY/SEHAT (Golden Card) Beneficiaries of District Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, OCTOBER 18: In a proactive measure to address grievances related to AB-PMJAY/SEHAT (Golden Card) beneficiaries, a District Grievance Redressal Committee has been established at the district level.

Chaired by the District Development Commissioner, the committee includes the C.M.O (Convener), A.C.P (Member), District Coordinator Insurer (Member),DISM CMO Office (Member), Experts (Medical Superintendent & BMO Kishtwar), Experts (Special Invites).

Beneficiaries with concerns about AB-PMJAY/SEHAT are encouraged to connect with the committee through the “HELLO KISHTWAR” program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They can call the IVRS number 8470800900 and press 8 to speak to CMO Kishtwar between 11 am to 12 noon on the mentioned days.

This initiative aims to promptly address and resolve grievances for the welfare of the beneficiaries.
