Driver dies after passenger bus turns turtle in Srinagar outskirts

A 57-year-old man from old Srinagar city died after the mini-bus he was driving turned turtle at Qamarwari Chowk of Srinagar outskirts on Thursday evening.

Police sources told that a passenger mini-bus (JK01D-9848) coming from Parimpora Fruit Mandi to Jahangir Chowk went out of control of the driver and turned turtle. The mishap resulted in the on spot death of the driver identified as Muhammad Ashraf Kuchay son of late Muhammad Sultan Kuchay, a resident of Dabtal Nawab Bazar.
