DC Ramban reviews progress on Aadhar seeding in NSAP & ISSS

RAMBAN, OCTOBER 12: Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Mussarat Islam, today convened a virtual meeting of Child Development Project Officer of ICDS and Tehsil Social Welfare Officers to review the progress on Aadhar seeding in National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) and Integrated Social Security Scheme (ISSS) Pensioners.

Reviewing the progress on Aadhar seeding under the schemes, the Deputy Commissioner directed both the TSWOs of Ramban and Banihal to ensure cent per cent Aadhar seeding under NSAP by October 26, 2023. He also directed for ensuring cent per cent saturation under ISSS and a certificate in this regard shall be furnished by both the TSWOs as per the set deadline.

Issuing strict instructions regarding timely achievement of target before stipulated time period, the DC directed to ensure that no eligible beneficiaries are left under pension scheme.

The meeting was attended by the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Harbans Sharma, District Social Welfare Officer, Ramban, Rahul Gupta, CDPOs of Project Banihal, Ramban, Ramsoo and Gool and also TSWO Ramban and Banihal.
