Foundation stone of bathing ghat laid at kishenganga LoC Teetwal

TEETWAL, KARNAH, 03 OCT : Save Sharda committee kashmir regd led by its head Ravinder Pandita laid the foundation of ghat on the banks of river kishenganga at LoC Teetwal kashmir. This historic & religious step attaches significance towards resumption of Sharda peeth yatra that has stopped in 1947. The brick blessed by H.H. Shankracharya of Sringeri Sri Sri vidushekara Bharathi was used that was presented by Him on June 5 at Teetwal on abishek & consecration of Sharda temple at Teetwal. The Event was attended by SDM Karnah Dr. Gulzar Rather, CO Indian army,Khawaja Iftikhar,Ajaz khan, sharda construction committee members and others. Remains of hawan held recently at temple were also immersed in kishenganga river on this occasion. The bathing ghat will have a capacity of 300 yatris with changing rooms. ” We thank & request district administration to construct Ladies & gents changing rooms’ said Ravinder Pandita Head/ founder of Save Sharda committee kashmir regd.
