DC Ganderbal reviews implementation of NEP 2020 in district

GANDERBAL, SEPTEMBER 27: A meeting regarding implementation of NEP 2020 was today chaired by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Shyambir here.

At the outset, detailed discussion was held on all agenda points including vocational education, students feedback on SAMIKSHA APP, functioning of Atal Tinkering Labs and Aadhar enrollment.

The DC instructed the Chief Education Officer Ganderbal to implement the NEP 2020 in letter and spirit.

Regarding Vocational Education, it has been impressed to submit comprehensive plan in order to ascertain the vocational trades being implemented in Schools under vocational Education.

It was also directed that month wise feed back on SAMIKSHA APP of teachers as well as students shall be submitted in a comprehensive manner

While reviewing the functioning of Atal Tinkering Labs, The CEO was impressed to organize the competitive sessions among schools in the schools were ATLs are functioning.

It was further directed that all the Complex Heads shall make a PPT of their Plan viz a viz visiting of schools, arranging of human resources etc and a meeting shall be scheduled inviting all the Cluster Heads in order to ascertain teaching learning processes in schools and role of cluster heads.

While reviewing Aadhar enrollment, CEO Ganderbal was directed to ensure 100 percent of aadhar enrollment in weeks time.

The meeting was attended by Additional District Development Commissioner, Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani, Programme Officer ICDS, CEO, Executive Engineer PDD and other concerned officials.
