DC Gbl chairs DLSCC meeting; 5 cases cleared for Compensation

GANDERBA, SEPTEMBER 26: A meeting of District Level Screening cum Coordination Committee (DLSCC) was today held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Shyambir here.

On the occasion, 7 cases of different nature came up under discussion in which 5 cases were cleared for relief and compensation.

At the outset, the members held detailed discussion on all cases put before the committee and after a brief deliberation, the DLSCC approved ex-gratia relief of Rs 1,00,000 for one case, Cash compensation of Rs 12 lakh for 3 cases (4 lakh each) and one Property damage case was also cleared and an amount of Rs 50,000 was approved.

On the occasion the DC emphasized on the importance of conducting DLSCC and impressed upon the members to submit the report regarding pending cases so that they can be approved at an earliest.

The meeting was attended by Commandant (OPS), Commandant 115 Bn CRPF Zakura, ASP Ganderbal, Tehsildar Lar and other Officers.
