BANDIPORA, SEPTEMBER 09: In order to acquaint general public of Bandipora about digital J&K Week and to intensify the Bhrashtachar Mukt Jammu and Kashmir campaign, Motor Vehicle Department held awareness events at sumo stands of Sumbal, Hajin and Bandipora.
MVD Bandipora had set up on spot facilities to concerned people for availing online services of transport department.
The general public were informed to avail e-services including Transfer of Vehicle ownership, hypothecation termination, issuance of duplicate RC, Change of address in RC, issuance of fresh permit, renewal of permit, renewal of authorization, temporary permit, duplicate permit, transfer/surrender of permit, duplicate counter sign, modification of documents, updation of mobile number, checking status and pending transactions.
Assistant Regional Transport Officer Bandipora Bilal Ahmad Mir said that such camps are scheduled to be held across the district throughout the year to impart awareness to general public regarding e services and online mode transactions and services.
