03 Absconding Criminals arrested after 23 years;  CB Jammu.

Special team of Economic Offences Wing, Crime Branch Jammu apprehended 03 absconders from different locations in Case FIR No. 02/2001 U/S 420, 120-B/RPC P/S CB Jammu for their involvement in cheating people by luring them to invest their money in Private Finance Co. with the promise to double their money within few years of time. The accused absconders arrested are:
Azhar Abbas (2) Aadil Murtza both Ss/o Nisar Hussain Khan (3) Nighat Azhar W/o Azhar Abbas, all residents of Mufti Bagh Barjee, Harvan Srinagar. All the absconders remained elusive for over last 23 years by constantly changing their locations in Kashmir as well as in Mumbai to evade their arrest.

Charge sheet of the case was produced before the court of law after allegations were proved against the accused during the course of Investigation of the instant case. Arrest warrants were got issued U/S 512 Cr.PC through the Hon’ble Court of law to bring the absconders to the justice.

One of the absconding accused namely Nisar Hussain Khan S/O Ghulam Ali Khan R/O Muftibagh Harwan, Srinagar, at present – (1) 604 KGN Tower, Pooja Nagar, near Irani Bakery Mira Road East, P.O Thane, Maharashtra (2) Flat No. 806, Venus Vasudev Planet Beverly Park, Mira Road (E) Mira- Bhayandar, Thane, Maharashtra is reportedly dead and his death certificate is being procured.
