The Deputy Commissioner went around the exhibition and witnessed the pictures and standees that bear witness to the sacrifices made by millions of people in the lead up to the country’s independence.

Urging the youth to relate themselves to the country’s freedom struggle, the Deputy Commissioner paid homage to the martyrs of the national freedom movement, whose sacrifices made it possible for India to get independence on August 15, 1947.

Thanking the people for making the Meri Maati Mera Desh campaign a huge success in the district, he also invited the people to participate in Nation’s 77th Independence Day celebration in large numbers and witness the growth and development.
