Ganderbal Police held Panch Pran Pledge ceremony under the theme “Meri Maati Mera Desh; Mitti Ko Naman, Veeron Ka Vandan” in all Police Establishments of the District. The main Oath/Pledge ceremony was observed at DPL Ganderbal.
On the directions of SSP Ganderbal Shri Nikhil Borkar-IPS Dy.SP Hqr’s Ganderbal Shri Gh Hassan-JKPS administers the Pledge to Officers and Jawans. After reading out the pledge, he briefed the officers/officials and explained the meaning as well as purpose of Panch Pran Pledge, with focus to make India a developed & prosperous Nation. He stressed upon the participants to eliminate their mental slavery & be proud of our rich heritage, uphold unity and solidarity, fulfill duties as citizens & to respect those who sacrificed their precious lives for the sake of the Nation.
Moreover, RI & LO DPL Ganderbal alongwith other officers were also present on the said occasion.
Finally, Dy.SP Hqr’s Ganderbal thanked all the participants who joined the Panch Pran Pledge Ceremony with huge fervour and enthusiasm.
