The District Social Welfare Office, Shopian today organised an awareness programme under Nasha Mukht Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA) at Govt High School Wachi, here.
The camp was presided over by Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Zainapora, Mushtaq Rasool.
The programme included awareness sessions, painting and debate competitions. Besides, a rally was also organised to highlight the graveness of the issue.
Programme was also attended by Principal Govt High School Wachi, Tehsil Social Welfare Officer and other officers besides a large number of students and staff members.
