ADC inspects development works in Kashtigarh area

Assistant Commissioner Development Doda, Phulail Singh today visited Kastigarh area and inspected ongoing work on Panchayat Ghar at Panchayat Kastigarh- B.

The work on the panchayat Ghar is nearing completion, which was held up for a long time and was resumed by resolving the bottlenecks by the ACD. The Panchayat Ghar has been constructed under RGSA and 13 FC at an estimated cost of Rs 35 lakh.

Meanwhile, the ACD also inaugurated a drinking water point at Kastigarh-A panchayat provided by LIC India under Bima Gram scheme under Corporate Social Responsibility.

Later, the ACD held interaction with PRIs and listen to their demands including identification of land for BDC building, speedy execution of works taken up under different schemes etc. The ACD directed the BDO to formulate the DPR for BDC building, which would be forwarded to the authorities for approval.

The ACD was accompanied by BDO Kastigarh, Abhilash Sharma, Ex En REW, Pankaj Sharma, besides office staff of RDD block Kastigarh and PRIs.
