BDC Chairman Ukhral kick starts construction work of link road

Block Development Council Chairman, Ukhral Karleep Singh Bali today kick started the construction work of a link road under NABARD from Bus Stand Ukhral to Rahoon top.

Tehsildar Ukhral, Nasser Javid, Assistant Executive Engineer, Mohd Arif, Sarpanch Panchayat Panchal B Abdul Rashid Katoch, JE Yassar Ahmed Wani and other PRI members besides Representatives of Beopar Mandal as as well prominent citizens of adjoining area were present on the occasion.

While speaking on the occasion, BDC Chairman congratulates the general public of the areas and added that it was a long pending demand of the local residents of the area which has been fulfilled now. PRI members as well as general public of the area have expressed their gratitude to the UT Administration in general and the District Administration Ramban in particular for resolving their long pending demand for road connectivity.

Pertinent to mention here that the road will facilitate connectivity to several villages including Bass, Hira Nagar Uchra, Upper Ochra, Lower and Upper Barthyal, Ogantrag, Pos Nog, Lolhiyal, Tulhal, Masjid Pora, Lone Pora,Beminiyal, Bernihal etc.
