The two day 20th Batch State Level Management Development Programme (MDP) for Doctors, Nursing and other Health care professionals, organized by Academy of Hospital Administration (AHA), India in collaboration with Government Medical College and Associate Hospital Udhampur, concluded here, at Conference Hall DC Office Complex Udhampur.

Dr. Yashpal Sharma, National President Academy of Hospital Administration AHA India and Director Coordination New Medical Colleges J&K were the Chief Guests at the Valedictory.

Director Coordination took the detailed Feedback from the Participants (Delegates) regarding this MDP. Delegates have given very impressive feedback regarding the Training Programme. It was a change indicator of their mind set up and Professionalism in the coming days at their working places.

As per their feedback this Training is a tool and eye opener for them in present circumstances and also training like this happened after decades. They assured that they will make visible changes on ground for patient care in Particular and public in large.

While addressing the participants, the chief guest acknowledged special thanks to Bhupinder Kumar Secretary to Government Health and Medical Education Department J&K for his Administrative Support and making these MDPs as regular & Routine programmes on regular basis in all the Health Institutions of J&K. In Spite of the busy Schedule of the Secretary to Government, Director Coordination conveyed the best wishes of the Secretary to the Government Health and Medical Education Department to the Participants.

Director Coordination paid Special reference to Dy. Commissioner Udhampur, Sachin Kumar Vaishya who was the Chief Guest on day First of Inaugural Session and his full Support and Cooperation for providing free and Complimentary Conference Hall besides his entire Campus for food arrangements.

Director Coordination in his address conveyed best wishes to all the Participating Delegates and Dignitaries to work with Zeal and dedication and to carry forward the Knowledge and Skills which they learned in two Days State Level MDP. He has special thanked to Prof ( Dr ) Mirtunjay Principal GMC Udhampur and Dr Balikari Lal Choudhary Medical Superintendent for their all out efforts for organising this two Days State Level MDP at GMC Udhampur along with Team of AHA .The hard work of organising ( Management team) for this MDP was also appreciated in Strong words .

Later, momentos and Certificates were also presented to the Participants and Management Team
