DC Srinagar appreciates contributions of Retiree Officers in Public Services

The District Administration Srinagar today organized an impressive function at Meeting Hall of DC Office Complex, here to honour and bid warm send off to former Superintending Engineer R&B, Mian Abdul Naeam, Former Medical Superintendent, Dr Nazir, Chowdhary and Joint Director Agriculture, Mohammad Younis Chowdhary on the superannuation from the Government services.

Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Mohammad Aijaz Asad presided over the superannuation farewell function.

During the function, IAS Probationer, Nitesh Rajora who completed his year long probation period in Srinagar District was also given farewell.

Additional District Development Commissioner, Zahoor Ahmad Mir, Additional Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Syed Shabir Ahmad, Chief Planning Officer, Srinagar, Mohammad Yaseen Lone, besides other senior Officers of District Administration were also present in the farewell function.

Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner Srinagar lauded the contribution of all the retired Officers in public services.

The Deputy Commissioner wished all the Officers happy, healthy and prosperous post retirement life and hoped that the experience and expertise of the Officers shall remain guiding the respective Departments in their better functioning. He also opined that post-retirement life of the Officers could be dedicated to the betterment of society.

The Officers present on the occasion, also appreciated retiring officials for their dedicated service career in the government services and congratulated them on their superannuation.

Speaking on the occasion, the Retiring Officers shared their experience while serving in different capacities and thanked District Administration Srinagar for the support, cooperation, love and affection showered upon them during their services.
