With their combined might, they vanquished Mahishasura, establishing the triumph of righteousness and justice. From Katra, the journey to the shrine can be undertaken through two means. The first option is to embark on a well-paved trek, winding through the mountains and taking approximately 4-6 hours, depending on the pace. Alternatively, pilgrims can opt for helicopter services, which provide a quicker and more convenient mode of transportation.
