IRP 21-bn bids warm farewell to SP Shri Sheikh Mohd Shafi for attaining superannuation.

Commandants of IR 3rd, 9th, 20th and 21th Battalions and their seniors officers extended best wishes for his post retirememt life.

IRP 21-Bn Organises farewell function in the honor of  outgoing Deputy Commandant (SP) Shri Sheikh M Shafi at its Headquarters Parihaspora Pattan. The party was headed by Commandant Shri Shabir Ahmad Malik.

Speaking on the occassion  Commandant(SSP) Shri Shabir Ahmad Malik appreciated the work and dedication of the officer towards his duties. The officer according to him was very supportive, least demanding person, man of action, punctual in his duties, honest and officer of highest integrity. His retirement is a loss to the department but at the same time inspiration for new recruits, Juniors to follow his foot steps in the interest of society and nation. He wished the officer good health and happiness in the times to come.
Commandant 3rd bn (SSP) Shri Abdul Hakeem Munshi also threw light on the polite character of retiree officer. And considered him one of the greatest officers he ever met  in his service. The retiree officer according to him is pious and kind  soul, Who have never hurt anyone and is GOD loving person.

DYSP Shri Farooq wani also spoke on the occassion and praised the work, behaviour and conduct of the retired officers and prayed for good and healthy post retirememt life. Wani also threw light on the tenure of departing officer and commended his supervisory skills, professionalism, humane nature.

The retiree officer also spoke on the occassion, shared his experience of working on different posts and different places in the department and thanked all  officers/officials for organising the farewell party in his honour. He said a person is never going to be hurt if he has good will for every one. He Urged all the jawans to do good deeds  for the welfare of the Society.

Later on, the departing officers were given mementos and gifts as a goodwill gesture and Commandant-21bn  extended best wishes for his future assignments.
