The International Yoga Day, observed annually on June 21st, was established by the United Nations to promote the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of individuals worldwide. It serves as a reminder of the importance of incorporating yoga into our lives for achieving harmony and balance.

During the yoga session, participants were guided through a series of asanas, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques by experienced yoga instructors.
