Department of Ayush Kulgam today organized an Iconic Yoga session in the premises of Mini-Secretariat Kulgam.
Besides, Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Dr. Bilal-Mohi-Ud-Din-Bhat, officers and officials of Mini-secretariat Kulgam participated in the Yoga Session.
During the Yoga session Yoga instructor from the Department of Ayush Kulgam demonstrated various Yoga Aasanas which were followed by the participants.
Participants were also taught awarded and awarded about the health benefits of various Aasanas which they can take on a daily basis to stay.
Speaking on the occasion the Deputy Commissioner said that Yoga helps all round development of a person, including physical, mental and psychological development.
Additional District Development Commissioner, Showkat Ahmad Rather, Additional Deputy Commissioner Viqar Ahmed Giri, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Mir Imtiyaz-ul-Aziz District Nodal officer Ayush Dr Abdul Rehman and other officers and officials participated in the event
