DC Rajouri discusses STP cases at Single Window Clearance Committee meet

Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today chaired the meeting of the Single Window Clearance Committee to discuss STP (Short Term permit) cases of the GREF.

Officers who attended the meeting were ADC, Rajiv Kumar Khajuria; ACR, Imran Rashid Kataria; DMO, Naseeb Bajrang; CHO, Madan Lal; CAO, Sohan Singh; DSCO, Abdul Rashid; EXEN Jal Shakti Rajouri, Ashwini Sharma; AD Fisheries, Munesh Sharma and other concerned officers.

 

As many as 09 Short Term Permit cases were discussed during the meeting. Cases pertained to 58 RCC for the up-gradation of National Highway. The DC also asked the concerned members of the single window committee to personally visit all the spots as per the site plan proposed by the GREF authorities.

 

The DDC said that the timely issuance of the necessary NOCs for short term permits is important to overcome the shortage of construction material and to speed up the pace of the developmental works, besides the projects of National importance viz. roads, bridges etc being taken up in the district.
