Aseem Foundation is a Non-governmental organisation working for the betterment of people since 2002. The organisation is committed for development and establishing connections between the people from disturbed order areas.

Aseem foundation is working hand in glove with Indian Army for providing education, Social entrepreneurship and is assisting people of remote boarder areas to get basic human facilities. The NGO is also assisting _Barket Bistro_ run by Indian Army’s Kupwara Terriers in a unique endeavour to support Veer Naris at Pathahirri, Kupwara.

The NGO had placed a demand for National flag measuring 9ft x 6ft in which Ashok Chandra would be beautifully crafted with Kashmiri Hand embroidery. Today the leading young girls Miss Nazima Khan and Miss Maryem Jaan who are working as the instructors at Crewel and stitching centers at Kunan and Kawari villages presented this National flag to Aseem Foundation.

The NGO rep was thankful from core very happy with the work done by these young girls and they assured them for more such orders in comming days also. In this way Aseem foundation in association with Indian Army is assisting local Kashmiri girls to get up on their feet so that instead of becoming a burden on their families they can become self sustained.

Indian Army is commited to keep the women of Kashmir engaged in constructive activities especially promoting local handicrafts to keep them away from negative influence.
