The ADDC Singh interacted with over 30 principals and asked for explanation for the poor performance in the recently declared board examination results for 12th class.

One of the concerns raised by the ADDC Singh was the surplus teaching staff in many schools across the district. Expressing displeasure, he emphasized the need for efficient utilization of human resources and the reallocation of surplus teachers to schools facing a shortage. This would ensure that students receive quality education and benefit from the expertise of dedicated teachers.

To address the surplus teaching staff issue, the ADDC directed the principals to take action against underperforming teachers. Those teachers who failed to deliver satisfactorily their salary or increment would be withheld.

The meeting also shed light on the shortcomings of childcare leave, availed by female teaching staff. The ADDC Singh stressed the importance of granting child care leave judiciously to avoid the shortage of teaching staff in the schools. This would ensure uninterrupted education and maintain the quality of teaching throughout the academic year.

The meeting was attended by Chief Education Officer, Parshuram Goria and heads of Institutions.
