DLSA Samba hosts awareness camps on the theme “Social Justice for All; End Child Labour

District Legal Services Authority, Samba on Monday organized an awareness camp to mark the observance of “World Day Against Child Labour-(2023)” under the theme “Social Justice for All; End Child Labour”

The awareness campaign was held under the aegis of JKLSA and as per the Action plan for the month of June, 2023 issued by Jammu & Kashmir Legal Services Authority (JKLSA) and also under the directions of Yash Paul Kotwal, Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Samba (Pr. Distt. & Sessions Judge Samba

 

The camp held in slum areas behind the 17 Miles Hotel, Vijaypur, Samba was attended by Rekha Kapoor Nischal, Secretary District Legal Services Authority Samba and Namisha Rajput, Chairperson, Child Welfare Committee Samba. They distributed food kits among the children of the slum area. The program was also attended by Para Legal Volunteers of District Legal Services Authority Samba.

 

Besides this, District Legal Services Authority Samba through PLVs of DLSA Samba organized another awareness camp at Village- Rakh Baroi, Teh. Bari-Brahmana to observe World Day Against Child Labour (2023).
