A District Level Screening cum coordination committee meeting was held today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur Sachin Kumar Vaishya for sanction of ex-gratia relief related to Militancy and SRO-43 cases here in his Office Chamber.
During the meeting, the screening committee approved 04 cases and forwarded their recommendations.
The committee cleared all cases pending before it and DC Udhampur issued directions to ensure the meeting is held every month to clear cases without delay.
Among others, Senior Superintendent of Police, Dr Vinod Kumar, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Joginder Singh Jasrotia besides officers from Army and CRPF attended the meeting.
