DIG IRP Range Jammu visits IRP-15th Battalion  Interacts with women officials

Deputy Inspector General of Police, IRP Range Jammu, Sarah Rizvi today visited the Battalion Headquarters of IRP-l5th Battalion Gulshan Ground, Jammu and took stock of the activities carried out by the Battalion.

On her arrival , the DIG IRP Range Jammu was received by Mubassir Latifi SSP (CO IRP-l5th Bn.) along with other officers of the battalion.

After taking the General Salute at Quarter Guard, she conducted the darbar of the nafri. At the outset, CO. IRP-15th Battalion gave a brief introduction about duties/nafri and major issues related to accommodation/ logistics and welfare of jawans.

A number of officials raised their genuine demands before her for which she assured an affirmative action and also appreciated the efforts put in by the Commandant IRP-l5th Battalion for the welfare of the women officials.

On her maiden visit to the IRP-l5th Battalion, she inspected the Unit Mess / Creche / Gym / Barracks / Stores / Beauty Parlour / Knitting & Tailoring section etc.

Later, the DIG IRP Range Jammu chaired a meeting of Gazetted officers of the unit in the office chamber of CO.IRP-l5th Bn. and discussed various issues of the Battalion.

Mubassir Latifi expressed gratitude and thanked DIG IRP Range Jammu for sparing her precious time for visiting the IRP-l5th Battalion
