SHOPIAN, APRIL 29: The District Administration Shopian today organized an impressive function here to bid farewell to Sachin Kumar Vaishay, outgoing Deputy Commissioner, who has been transferred as Deputy Commissioner Udhampur.  The function was attended by President MC, Shopian, Subhash Koul; Additional Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, Yar Ali Khan;  Joint Director, Planning, Khursheed Ahmed Khatana;  Assistant Commissioner, Revenue, Shopian, Shabaz Ahmed Bodha; SDM, Zainapora, Mushtaq Ahmad; DDC Members, councillors, district, sectoral  officers and staff of various departments.  Chairperson, MC; ADC, ACR, SDM, CPO, Dy.DEO, DFO, and other  officers, on the occasion while bidding farewell to the outgoing Deputy Commissioner shared their memorable, learning experiences of working with him and applauded him for being  people friendly, honest, responsive, dedicated and God fearing personality.  They outlined his role in changing the development profile of the district and ensuring responsive and people friendly administration during his three year tenure, and positioning the district at top slots in a wide range of development and welfare parameters.  Sachin Kumar in his address thanked the officers of the Administration and staff for their support in executing the public delivery goods, development deliverables smoothly during his tenure.  He also hoped and advised the officers and staff to keep working with the same dedication and enthusiasm for the welfare of the people of the district
