Ganderbal April 17: Mohammad Amin Shah district president for Ganderbal wishes all ummah and particularly people of Kashmir on Shab-e-Qadar which is regarded as one of the holiest nights in the Islamic calendar, celebrated during the last ten days of Ramadan. It is believed that on this night, the first verses of the Quran were revealed to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Muslims around the world observe this night with great reverence and devotion. “It is a time for reflection, prayer, and seeking forgiveness, and these greetings reflect the importance of this occasion in the hearts and minds of Muslims. I ask everyone to pray for the peace and prosperity of Kashmir. and do remember your neighbours as well as poor people.” Said Mohammad Amin Shah to the media.
