Chairman DDC, DC Kupwara  inaugurate 6 Health & Wellness Centres,  10 Food Stores in Handwara subdivision

Chairman DDC, DC Kupwara  inaugurate 6 Health & Wellness Centres,  10 Food Stores in Handwara subdivision

KUPWARA, MARCH 23: Chairman, District Development Council (DDC) Kupwara, Irfan Sultan Panditpori and Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara,  Dr.Doifode Sagar Dattatray today inaugurated 6 Health & Wellness Centres and 10 Food Stores constructed under ADF  fund at Mawar, Qaziabad and Langate blocks of Handwara subdivision of Kupwara district.
         These 6 Health and Wellness Centres,  constructed by Rural Development Department under Area Development Fund (ADF) at a cost of Rs 1.20 crore,  were handed over to Health department.
        These Health and welness centres include Health and wellness centre Yaroo Langate,Health and wellness centre Martgam Mawar, Pringroo Mawar, Drungsoo Mawar,  Mankal Mawar,  and Health and Wellness Centre Khanoo Babgund.
            The 10 food stores which were constructed by RDD under ADF at  a cost of Rs 90 lacs were handed over to CAPD department include  Food store building at Udipora Qaziabad, food store building Humpora Qaziabad, Rawalpora Qaziabad, Deedarpora Qaziabad, Badrabala Qaziabad, Naribal Qaziabad, Food store building at Gund kamal Qaziabad, Food store building at Khanoo Langate, Ujroo Langate, and food store building at Younisoo Langate.
         
          The DDC Member Mawar Khurshid Dar, BDC chairman Langate, Showkat Ahmad Pandit, BDC Mawar Tahir Mir, ACD Kupwara Hilal Ahmad Mir , concerned BDOs, AD food Kupwara, BMO Langate and other concerned officers were present at the occasion.
