2,06,000 Residential Houses out of the total 5,20,000 houses in the Urban areas of the Union Territory of J&K are EXEMPTED from Property Tax

2,03,600 Residential Houses out of the total 5,20,000 houses in the Urban areas of the Union Territory of J&K are liable to ANNUAL Property Tax below Rs.1000/- which is about 10 times BELOW than the Cities of Shimla, Ambala and Dehradun
