DIPR Cultural Unit hosts Symposium on Cultural Practices for Sustainable Environment

JAMMU, FEBRUARY 27: A Symposium on Cultural Practices for Sustainable Environment cum Cultural program was today organised by the Cultural Unit of Jammu Department of Information and Public Relations here in the Government College for Women Gandhi Nagar Jammu. As many l0 students participated in the symposium competition.

The First prize bagged by Sujagya Who expressed her views in English, second prize was won by Kamini, while the third prize was won by Avantika. Competition was judged by the College faculty Dr.Harmeet Singh, Dr. Suraj Mohini Jamwal and Dr. Javed lqbal.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Guest and Principal of College Prof. Meenu Mahajan shared her views on the topic and also appreciated the students, and Artists of Department of Information and Public Relations for organizing such a meaningful program to aware the future of the nation.

In addition to the symposium a scintillating cultural program was presented by artists of Cultural Unit Jammu which was very much enjoyed by the audience. The program was conducted under the supervision of Cultural Officer, Parul Khajuria.
