Bandipora, February 26: To promote tourism, the army organized a snow festival in the snow-bound valley of Gurez in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district, complete with snow cricket on a frozen track. The festival, which aims to promote winter tourism and the unique culture of Gurez, was launched at Dawar Gurez.
