Change of Land Use: DLC approves 1case in Rajouri

RAJOURI, FEBRUARY 24: A meeting of the District Level Committee on change of land use was held today under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal to discuss and approve the applications received online from the applicants from across the district.  The committee, after a threadbare discussion, approved 1 case of conversion of agricultural land for non agricultural purposes.  The DC directed concerned departments to ensure timely issuance of NOCs to the applicants after proper verification of documents and rules under land conversion Regulations, 2022. Necessary directions were issued to the concerned departments to ensure timely issuance of NOCs after proper verification of documents.  Officers who attended the meeting included ADC Rajouri, Sachin Dev Singh; GM DIC, Ashwini Sharma; SE Hydraulics, Sanjeev Sharma; ACR, Imran Rashid Kataria; SE PWD(R&B), Kamal Kishore; DIO, Muzaffar Mir and other concerned officers.
