KUPWARA, FEBRUARY 22 : A district level Orientation cum training programme  “Promotion of Niche Crops” was organised under Holistic Agriculture Plan, here  at Agriculture Complex,  Kupwara. Chief Agriculture Officer,  Kupwara  Ghulam Mohammad Dhobi presented a brief overview of the holistic agriculture plan and promotion of Niche crops in the district.        A detailed power point was presented on the Promotion of Niche Crops by Dr Rayees Ahmad Bhat from KVK Kupwara.        The aim of the programme was to train grassroot level extension functionaries for efficient implementation of the holistic agriculture plan in District Kupwara.
