Karnah //Thousands of languages are spoken in the world. Each language has its own utility and importance. Those nations who are unable to speak their mother tongue will lose their existence in the coming time. Therefore, writers, poets and Pahari language writers related to Pahari language organized a meeting in Dak Banglow Tangdar regarding the international mother tongue Day. In which  Renowned pahari writer, singer and and president of Pahari Cultural Club Karnah Abdul Rashid Qureshi and Pahari writer, poet and vice president of Pahari Cultural Club Karna Abdul Rasheed Lone were present. Abdul Rashid Qureshi and Abdul Rashid Lone, highlighting the importance of the mother tongue, provided a complete historical description of the Pahari language and urged the youth to promote the Pahari language and study the Pahari literature which is in the form of different books and novels published by J&K Academy of Art & culture. While speaking to Peerzada Sayeed they told us that It should be taught step forward for youth as they are unaware about our Pahari literature but it’s our responsibility to give honor and dignity  to one’s own language, which is called the mother tongue, which is given to the mother who gave birth to one.
