National Lok Adalat Held across Kupwara District

Handwara  In pursuance to the  calendar of NALSA and under immediate supervision of JK LSA, District Legal Services Authority Kupwara today on 11th February 2023, (Saturday)  organised a National Lok Adalat across District Kupwara in which a total number of 06 benches were constituted for taking up 753 number of cases of various nature including civil, matrimonial, maintenance, domestic violence, recovery of money or loan, motor accident compensation, revenue, criminal compoundable and cheque bounce cases etc.              At District Head Quarter Kupwara three benches were constituted out of which one bench was presided over by Principal District & Sessions Judge Kupwara Madam Ms. Shazia Tabasum along with Sub-Judge Kupwara Mr. Rajiv Tadyal, one bench was  presided over by Addl. District & Sessions Judge P.O Fast Track Court Kupwara Sh. Khem Raj Sharma along with Bar President Bar Association Kupwara and another bench was presided over there
