RAJOURI, FEBRUARY 10: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal today resolved bottlenecks impeding the construction of work on the sub-centre  building at Chambi Trar.  It is pertinent to mention here that there were some issues with the locals over the construction site of the sub-centre building which was causing delay in the execution of work.  Sensing the gravity of the situation and the importance of the health sub centre, the Deputy Commissioner met with both parties and the issue was resolved amicably during a threadbare discussion held in a meeting  attended by ADC, CMO, BMO, and PRIs concerned.  The Deputy Commissioner said that these constraints often lead to delays in construction and completion becomes tardy. He also said that we cannot afford to ignore the fact that timely completion of these vital projects is something where compromise may have an adverse effect on the lives of the rural populace.  He also said that boosting the health infrastructure is the priority of the Government and appealed to the public to shun these minor self interests over large community benefits and not create impediments on the way of development.  The Deputy Commissioner also directed the concerned ExEn and AEE to work on war footing to ensure that the work on the sub centre building was completed well before the closure of the fiscal  year.
