Pedestrian killed in Srinagar road accident

Srinagar, Feb 09, : A pedestrian was killed on Thursday after being hit by a two wheeler in Chinar colony Baghat area of summer capital Srinagar.  Local sources told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that a pedestrian identified as Abdul Aziz Sheikh, a resident of Chinar colony here was hit by a two wheeler (scooty) in Baghat area this morning.  Sheikh was shifted to SMHS Hospital in critical condition, however, he succumbed to his injuries.  Meanwhile, police have arrested the scooty driver, registered a case in this regard and further investigation has been taken up.
