Driver dies after being hit by iron rod near under-construction tunnel in Ganderbal

Gandarbal, Feb 07 : A driver died after being hit by an iron road near an under construction tunnel in Sonamarg area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Tuesday.    An official told the news agency— the driver was hit by an iron road while offloading iron from his truck near the under construction tunnel And Felt unconscious.

He said soon after the incident he was taken to sub-district hospital Kangan where doctors declared him dead on arrival.    He has been identified as Balvinder Singh  Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and have started further investigation.
