RAMBAN FEBRUARY 03: The district administration Ramban, in continuation of anti-encroachment drive, today retrieved more than 737 Kanal State land across eight Tehsils of the district. In a joint anti encroachment drive, the Revenue Officers and Police retrieved the state land measuring 225 Kanal in Tehsil Ramban besides demolishing illegal structures. As many as 210 Kanal state land was vacated in tehsil Pogal-Paristan (Ukhral) during a joint anti encroachment drive by different enforcement departments. As per the Revenue Department, the teams of officers and officials demolished illegal structures built on state land and retrieved 96 Kanal in Khari, 120 Kanal in Ramsoo, 50 Kanal in Rajgarh, 14 Kanal in Banihal and 22 Kanal in Batote.
